Locker Room Sauna Etiquette

End of first week of post-stroke Venice


Oggi, salvo uscite nel weekend (ma dubito), finisco la prima settimana di ripresa della corsa dopo la maratona di Venezia.
I ritmi non sono, ovviamente, alti ne' tirati, pero' I was anxious not to neglect the mileage. I had done after my first marathon and then I am sorry. Me and 'appeared, in retrospect, to have squandered a wealth of hard fitness built during the months pre-marathon.
Cosi 'this week, after a week of stop immediately after the 42km, I tried to run enough.
Score: 3 outputs, 35km in total. After Monday, 'when I ran 10km in a kind of slow background, Wednesday' I ran a fund to progress made by 8km RG +10 ", 4 km to the RG-5", 2km to RG-15 "for a total of 14km ( +1 cool-down - see the original figure), but today I ran 10km in a Progressive km per km with a final average of the RG.

Bracket now as I now call RG (Rhythm Race ) that I would keep the pace (until the end!) To the next marathon. Say that I'm starting too far? The idea is 'surely the point of the marathon of Trieste in early May (and the counter top of my blog tells you how much is missing - something like 26 weeks now and broken), but' I do not know if and 'right, however, starting immediately with a reference to that race or if I should now differentiate the rhythms ...
What do you think?

In the meantime I'd like to take part in the middle of Palmanova in two weeks and something ... what I do in these two weeks? I keep the miles and just? Place a couple of sessions of repeated changes of pace or at least important?
