Mortacci missing my 6 days ...!!!! San Candido
Gulp e stragulp!!!
MAMMA MIAAAAAAA
E chi credeva passassero cosi' velocemente?
long events: 3 (30, 32, 34km - the latest last week in Hamburg).
course (as always) you could give more, 'ciccinino be a more' constant, but that's okay. At least I did not suffer injuries, stop or whatever.
short, a preparation of optimism and the pleasure of running (as it should be).
Objective? Well, that wall of 4 hours and 'them', but can 'even fuck off ... if I break it, well, good sense 'will mean' for the next time. If not I break, it will not be 'him to break me!
I would especially enjoy Rome, the course, the people, the orange and blogtrotters (and Cantinone!). Now I'm

Morrowind Patch To English
8km ... Hamburg 34km ... Rome 42?
a mountain I took the stuff to run and, miracle, I managed to run at least once. There are always many things to do when you go skiing and if you then add the fact that this year the pupae began to really engage with skiing, and the result 'I thought to stay only as' possible them (and obviously with the pupa mother!), enjoying every drop, every smile of my daughters, but each track done well in relaxation, a torch-lit evening, the event with sleigh rides, tobogganing the
However ... the 8km course I have been pretty busy ... I had never raced at altitude and I must say that I 'seemed to acknowledge at once the effect of: shortness of breath while now proceeding at a normal pace ... Oh well, 'I have done as true ... :-)
Back in town', last Saturday, I faced, I admit, with fear the first jog of Monday ' ... Why '?
Well ... in the same situation, the first race after the winter holiday, I found myself in 20XX, after 2 km, a limp and that was to be 'revealed as a chondropathy patellofemoral (knee rune). Morality and 'who lost his preparation for the marathon I took myself out of Trieste and flaws for a while' ...
This time, however, 'and' went well! While feeling a little knees and calves 'related to the activities' of the skiers previous week, I ran 10km and I usually avoided the negative events in the past.
Then, do not stand with folded hands (!), Tuesday 'last I went to work for Hamburg: 3 days from Tuesday' on Thursday '.
There 's one thing, but', which was missing again ... last very long pre-Rome! From table I should have just returned from the mountain last Sunday ... unthinkable. So
'I took the stuff in Hamburg
thinking that maybe ... And in fact, and' how it was 'Wednesday' morning, exploiting a hole in the job until lunchtime, I went to last very long.
Result? 34km (I know, I'm not 36 but in the end I pretty much lost and I had to go with the S-bahn to the hotel ...!) Made an average better than the previous long, running, and feeling really good end of series I could certainly other 8km run to finish a marathon ...!
cramps Zero, zero muscle problems, breath right ...
I am therefore very happy and confident for Rome. If everything goes as it should, who knows 'that this time does not explode as the 30th Venice ...
For the time, then you will see', but I'm not sure the timer is the leitmotiv of this experience ... I want at least the risalutare Colosseo dopo averlo lasciato un po' di ore prima…!!!!

Where Can I Buy A Hip Scarf
32km in view of Rome, and more
Febbroni fino a 39.9 e via dicendo...

sensations .... Well do not even know ... during the hours of travel fatigue and increased at the end I felt very knackered, especially the head. Pero 'later, now, for example, the physicist did not react badly. It troubles me that I can not seem to work hard during these long ... At the time I miss the "verve" But 'then I discover that I had more ... mah ... I hope in effect "doping" of the people, places, Rome ... ;-)
This Saturday it's off to the mountain! Let's say only with respect to the preparation in Rome may not fall precisely a fagiolo...
OK, that's all folks! :-)

What Does Discharge Before Your Period Look Like
Suitability 'competitions, a question and other amenities'
RECORD! and 'the month with more' km in my (brief) history of Running. Km and are also all courses in Training zero matches. I must say I am very happy.
good run.

Reinstatement To Full Time Employment Letter
Karst race (... but not the book!) :-) First
Apart from the anoint a Sunday morning I want to bring a pair of output made by Carso starting synchrotron where I work.
The synchrotron is lucky to be on the very ridge of the Carso plateau overlooking the Gulf of Trieste and from which there is a view that goes "from left to right" to include: Croatia, Slovenia, Muggia, the industrial area The city 'of Trieste, the coast of Trieste, Duino (where inspired' the poet Rilke), Monfalcone, and way to Grado, Lignano e oltre verso Venezia.

The Alps (on a clear day)
Castle of Miramar with the Alps behind
Apart from the last picture, what are the other 'that we can 'enjoy passing along the Karst Edge that' the gulf. And it 'right there' that last week and today I decided to go running a bit '.
To get to the top of the hill ridge, in fact, must, in the two locations made by me, along a stretch of about 800-1000m in constant and fairly challenging climb (coming from the plateau) but that 'and then is rewarded with panoramic views general atmosphere in which there is: pine groves, ponds for wild animals, and them 'at the bottom of the sea and the city'. Entertainment.
In the first case I went to the saddle of Banne after covering the entire stretch of the Research-Area Golf carts-Banna:
How dall'altimetria sees the central part is strung: climb and then dive (a 3'30 "/ km!) towards the more 'flat of the path that runs along the ridge, he still not quite completely flat.
But today I cut in half 'of the battle field to get to the Saddle di Trebiciano e da li' di nuovo ritorno lungo il sentiero sul costone:

PS: il titolo, in cui specifico "non il libro" si riferisce al libro " carso di corsa "For sale to the public, a real mini-Bible to the trailers ...

long in view of Rome: 30km!
Yesterday morning, the day appeared perfect: coolness (not cold), and finally without the strong wind that had marked the previous day . Once you have previously agreed to take me on Sunday morning to make the first long in view of Rome, here I am on the road.
Esco at 9 and I must say that the climate and 'truly exceptional. Parto from home I headed to the Coast of Trieste, home to many long and very long a lot of runners from Trieste. The path and 'fairly straightforward: the main station, continue to Barcola (where, in summer, ranging from Trieste to the sea or, as they say in these parts "Go to the bathroom"), past the sea front (a few meters from the sea) and then, near the Castle of Miramar, one begins to rise slightly but steadily along the ridge of the plateau that 'the Sea (lowest point mel' I think it comes up to about 70m above sea level).
Path fantastic despite the presence of the machines along the way: just look to the sea and you are suspended between the sea and rocks.
My long should arrive at 30km. I am a little 'doubt on the premises: I have often less km than I wanted ... but this time NO! Do I have to finish the homework.
Meeting so many runners on the promenade, but much less along the coast, where you enter the planet, "long": Here you're away from the city ', everything. You can not help but run ... :-)
The pace that I decide to keep and 'very slow, but I feel it' the right thing (and eventually the lighthouse 'good progress ... I had a little' more 'cute I think I would have stopped before term).
The turning point on the coast and 'gallery' natural '(that is not natural', and 'was excavated to pass the road, but not' finished ': and' a short tunnel (a few tens of meters ) simply dug into the rock).

Here I have the unpleasant surprise of finding the fountain dry ... Sgrunf ... I now have puntare a tornare verso Barcola e bere li' qualcosa (e li' saro' gia' arrivato intorno ai 22km).
Vista verso Grado-Lignano
Vista verso Trieste e, sullo sfondo, Slovenia e Croazia
Ora mancano poco meno di 8 settimane alla maratona e il mio desiderio sarebbe quello di fare ancora un paio di lunghissimi (33 e 36? o forse 32 e 34...) diciamo between 2 and a half weeks and between 5 (so 'to arrive at -3 weeks with the last long).
E ANNAMOOOOO
